ROKA brings its award-winning Japanese robatayaki concept and its individual approach to modern Japanese cuisine to the island of Mallorca.
The heart of the menu is the robata grill, a traditional Japanese method of cooking over charcoal. The kankoku fu kohitsuji, lamb chops with Korean spices and cucumber with sesame, and the kampachi sashimi no salada, yellowtail sashimi with yuzu and truffle dressing, are some of the menu items, while bespoke cocktails, such as the ichigo kub, a mix of gin, strawberry mirin, aperol, absinthe, and lime, will also feature.

Alongside the award-winning cuisine, the use of raw materials at ROKA Mallorca creates a rustic and elemental color palette, contributing to the rich atmosphere of the ROKA concept
